William Keith Carter was born on May 29th, 1970 and passed away on September 25th, 2026.
He was born and raised in Wausau, Florida. He graduated from Chipley High School in 1989. He was an automotive mechanic and was loved by all.
He is survived by his parents, Bruce Carter and Diane Glasgow; his siblings, Kevin Carter and Kim Carter Standland all from Wausau, Florida. His three children, Jessica Carter Young, Jared Carter and Casey Carter. His grandchildren Brooklyn and Brayden Carter and Makenna Young.
A celebration of life will be held from 1:00P.M.-3:00P.M. Monday, September 28, 2026 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Chipley, Florida.
