Lowell Howard Jr., age 72, passed from this life Sunday, September 20, 2026 at his home with his family. He was born in Hazard, Kentucky on October 3, 1953 to Lowell Howard and Margaret (Crutchfield) Howard. Lowell enjoyed flying model airplanes, riding motorcycles and he loved his family.
He is preceded by his parents, his 2 sisters, his brother and three nieces. Lowell is survived by his wife, Vicki Howard, his kids, Jeanine Kolmetz and husband Brad, Heather Wells and husband Herbie, and Ashley Rester and husband Brian, 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and his brother, Bob Howard and wife Betty.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00P.M. Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Liberty Church on Creek Road in Vernon, Florida.
