On Friday night, August 29, 2025, the Vernon Yellowjackets traveled to Bristol to face the Liberty County Bulldogs. The Jackets played hard but came up short, falling 45-0. Liberty County started strong and kept the momentum through the game, but Vernon continued to fight and never gave up. Even though the score didn’t go their way, the Jackets showed much effort and determination, and they’ll keep working as the season moves forward. Let’s go Jackets!
