Chipley Christmas Fest and Parade was held on Friday, December 19th. The streets were all readied for the parade, and North & South Railroads set-up for shopping, Train Depot prepared with horse rides, train rides, petting your favorite animal, food venders, photos with Saint Nicholas and more
