On Friday June 26th, 2026, Jim Trawick Park was the site of the 70th annual Panhandle Watermelon Festival, a free event thanks to the many local sponsors making it possible for the great entertainment, Tracy Byrd, Dailey & Vincent, and Ashley Monroe. Kids’ Fun Zone.
