On Friday Night August 31st, 2026, the Town of Wausau was host of the Funday and Possum Festival. There was a, Talent Contest, and the selection of the Possum King and Queen.
On Saturday morning August 1st, The Possum Parade was held at 9:00a.m. just ahead of the rain.
