ENGINEERING & GENERAL CONTRACTING SERVICES
Division of Historical Resources Grant – RFQ TJREAC 2024

The T. J. Roulhac Enrichment and Activity Center (TJREAC) invites licensed, qualified General Contractors to submit Statements of Qualifications for work funded through the Florida Division of Historical Resources (DHR).
This project involves the inspection, repair, preservation, and restoration of the historic Cafeteria Building on the former Roulhac High School campus.
PROJECT SCOPE INCLUDES
- Structural & architectural inspection
- Repairs and preservation work
- Restoration of historic elements per DHR standards
- Removal and replenishment of interior components
- Completion of Partial construction & installation of new restroom facilities
- Full compliance with all DHR requirements
The final contract will include all required DHR clauses and conditions.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
All proposals must be submitted in writing.
Faxed, oral, or unverified electronic submissions will not be accepted.

AWARD INFORMATION
The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible firm.
Project completion deadline: July 30, 2026.
TJREAC reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.
