Effective immediately, the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court has determined there is no longer a need for screening protocols at our Florida courthouse entrances.
Additionally, there is no longer a requirement for persons entering the courthouse to wear masks or to wear masks in hallways or other Constitutional offices in a court facility.
However, masks and social distancing will continue to be required in courtrooms during in-person proceedings.
