Ellis Bleu Ross, son of Justin & Kimberly Ross of Graceville, will celebrate his first birthday on February 21,2021.
Bleu’s proud grandparents are Joeboy & Serena Carter of Wausau, Mike & Tami Ross of Graceville & Katrina Hogan of Stephens City, Virginia.
He will celebrate with family & friends on Saturday with a shrimp boil themed party.
