*Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) are one of the available pre-payment options. **Corporate Rates: Ten (10) or more employees from a single company who sign up together qualify themselves and all employees of that company for the Corporate Rate. Once the number of members for the company drops below ten (10) people, the monthly rate returns to another rate plan.
