Mr. Hermon Chrishon, 64 of Ponce de Leon, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 16, in the Ft. Walton Beach Medical Center of Ft. Walton Beach.
He was of the Baptist denomination and was a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church of Argyle, Florida. He was a active part of the Equal Opportunity Committee for Minorities and was a vital part of the success of many in Walton County.
A Celebration of Life will be held 11A.M., Saturday, October 22, 2016 from the sanctuary of the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church of Argyle , Florida with pastor, Rev. Willie E. Brown, Rev. Latonya Neal, and Elder Allen Scott, officiating. Committal Services will follow in the Euchee Valley Cemetery of Argyle, Florida with Cooper Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida directing.
He leaves to cherish his memories his children: Hermon Chrishon, Jr., Latisha Roulhac and husband Wyamond both of Ponce de Leon, Florida and Angelette Moore and husband Farriel of Panama City, Florida; two brothers: Gregory Chrishon and wife Valerie of Ponce de Leon, Florida and James Chrishon, Jr. and wife Shirley of Fayeteville, North Carloina; two sisters: Shirley Gulliory and husband Frank of Ponce de Leon, Florida and Grace Ford and husband Edward of Hinesville, Georgia; along with a host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Mr. Chrishon will lie in repose at the church on Saturday from 10 A.M. until time for services at 11 A.M.
