Mr. William Cecil Roche, Jr., transitioned from this earthly life to life eternal on September 4, 2016 in the Guam Memorial Hospital of Guam.
He was of the Methodist denomination and was a member of Sylvania A.M.E. Church of Vernon. He was an electrician by trade.
Home Going Services will be 11 A.M. CST, Saturday, October 8, 2016 from the sanctuary of the New Bethel A.M.E. Church (Rev. Calvin Pierce, Pastor) of Vernon, with Elder Stephen Andrews, Bro. Eli Andrews, Rev. Richard Peterson, officiating. Committal Services will follow in the Sylvania Cemetery of Vernon, with Cooper Funeral Home of Chipley directing.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Hattie Roche of Bonifay; mother: Carol Jackson and husband Tony; father: William Cecil Roche, Sr. and wife Cindy of Ocala; two sons: Nicolas Hutchin of Apalachicola, and Dwayne Roche of Panama City; step-children: Derek, Darrell, and Felesia Powell; one brother: James Mincey of Jacksonville; one sister: Sonja Jackson and husband Stacey of Jacksonville; step-brother: Schavass Hamilton, U.S. Air Force in Iraq; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mr. Roche will lie in repose at the church on Saturday from 10 A.M. until time for services at 11 A.M.
